yesterday i was finishing up the final scene in "the story of us", and i couldn't help but cry when i saw this part. if you haven't seen the movie, it's about a couple who have grown apart and are about to tell their kids they are planning on getting a divorce. although a little hysterical & sporadic, michelle pfeiffer sums it up quite perfectly.

marriage will be so very hard, but i think it's so very worth it. not everyone gets the opportunity even to create that kind of history with someone and "perfect their dance" over time. it's beautiful. it's chaotic. but that's love.
